SWEAT SLO, the newest fitness program in town that combines dynamic functional movements and high intensity cardio intervals using light barbells, TRX, ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls and more.

SWEAT is the first and only program of it’s kind in SLO! SWEAT offers you the most effective high intensity cardio and light weighted movements for a total body workout. Our workouts are programmed for the week and are balanced for ultimate result. No workout is ever the same. You will be guided and coached every step of the way through the unique and structured workouts that will get you FIT, FAST!

Our SWEAT classes incorporate body weight movements, light weight & high reps in conjunction with high intensity cardio. We focus on various fitness characteristics such as endurance, core strength, flexibility and stamina. These elements give you a total body workout… leaving you SWEATing and exhausted but also Toned, Defined, and feeling your Best. We are not another bootcamp program or typical aerobic fitness class. We focus on proper form; whether it’s for simple sit-ups, running, bicep curls or squats so that you are getting the most out of your workouts and keeping your body healthy and injury free.

Workouts are scaled to any level of fitness, experience and ability level. Our coaches are there every step of the way making sure you are getting a good SWEAT! All that is required of you is motivation and an open-mind. You have goals and we are here to give you the tools to achieve them.
