Both locations offer a full-service, around the clock, health club that is prepared to help you no matter what your schedule, level or goals are. Membership at our facilities include use of all equipment 24 hours a day, 2 free personal training sessions, cutting edge fitness classes, locker rooms and babysitting (at a nominal fee)
