Our outlook is to provide a platform to TRUE fitness not just the APPEARANCE of fitness.

Our Group Fitness program is taught by the area's most dynamic, motivating and creative instructors. We take an out of the box, free style approach to group fitness; encouraging creativity while maintaining high standards. All of our classes are taught at the highest level of intensity to maximize your workout. C24 instructors encourage and push you through one of the toughest yet most rewarding 60 minutes you can experience in a gym!

Instructors

All of our instructors are certified professionals - highly trained, conscientious, and passionate about what they do. C24 instructors strive to develop intense and motivating classes to cater to every level of fitness from novice to expert. Our instructors pride themselves on creating a diverse, empowering, non-competitive but challenging environment. We encourage men and women of all levels, shapes, sizes, and abilities to attend classes and reach their life fitness goals.

Fitness Studio

Our Group Fitness Studio is specially designed with low impact wood flooring, high tech stereo components, and the latest workout accessories. We offer you the most diverse and innovative classes available anywhere, each week. Our Spin Cycle Studio is like no other. Our studio is equipped with Star Trek V-Bikes and mood lightning to create the stage for an intense and rewarding ride.

C24X

Boot camp style drills consisting of kicking and punching sequences, muscle confusion, plyometrics and more all with short recovery breaks. Each week is different but a rigorous work out is guaranteed every week. The ultimate combination of cardio and strength training to turn your body into a fat burning machine!
Duration: 60min
**Water, towel, and punching gloves mandatory.

Body Transformation X (BT X)

This workout shouldn't be taken lightly.

Specially designed to build muscle, improve strength and reduce fat while improving endurance, cardio and total body tone and definition. High intensity class that utilizes weights and freestyle moves to enhance all major muscle groups. Easy to follow and motivating to see total body transformations!
Duration: 60 min

Body Blitz

Easiest and fastest way to shred your abs and tone your legs! Blast your core with simple yet effective exercise to target midsection and obliques; tone and shape your legs; and lift and firm your glutes!
Duration: 45 min

Abs

Our core exercises aren't your typical crunches. Quick and effective way to target your abs and improve your posture. Awesome abdominal workout structured to hit you where it counts.
Duration: 20 min

Spinning

This is your ticket to ride to peak fitness.

Whether your goal is weight loss, fitness endurance or just an alternative to bad weather this class will get the job done. Motivating music and high energy powers this awesome indoor cycling class. This class is specially designed to allow all fitness levels to workout together for the ultimate in stamina building and calorie burning in a supportive environment. Each instructor will create a challenging ride and coach you through various drills to get you sweating, spinning burning calories.

This class emphasizes the union of Pranayama (breath) and Asanas (postures) incorporating the styles of Vinyasa (flow), and Iyengar (precision and alignment) to increase flexibility and strength. Integrating the body, mind and spirit. Beg-Int Class.

Vinyasa Yoga

Mastery of the body is the gateway to mastery of mind. the A challenging form of Yoga designed to build strength and stamina through the integration of Pranayama (breath) and a series of strong, flowing asanas (poses)

Drop Zone-TRX®

Pilates

Pilates teaches body awareness & good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility, & agility. This class offers a combination of exercises that strengthen, balance, align, and focus the body/mind to create a more powerful core.
